Important Announcement

We, Sven Daam and Fred van Heel, would like to inform you that our mutual company MediMare B.V. will be dissolved. This means that Medimare B.V. will cease its activities by January 1, 2024. 

 

However, starting January 1, 2024, both Sven Daam and Fred van Heel, will continue their services independently as medical maritime and offshore experts but within two new companies. 

• MediMare Den Haag will continue as Offshore Healthcare B.V. and will be managed by Fred van Heel. 
• MediMare Amsterdam will continue as OmniHealth B.V. and will be managed by Sven Daam. 

Naturally, both Offshore Healthcare B.V. and OmniHealth B.V. are looking forward to continuing their cooperation with you. We are therefore kindly asking you to send us new vendor forms if necessary.
